Mesa View Art Show - April 20th

Junior Duck Stamp Contest
The Federal Junior Duck Stamp Contest deadline is fast approaching. Art work from all art classes and the Honors Option students will be sent to Sacramento on, Thursday, March 10!
Covered Bridge Assignment
The Covered Bridge assignment is due: Friday, Feb. 5th, 2016. Take a look at the link below and to the right of the map of covered bridges in the United States that you can visit. Some have street view where you can examine the inside of the structures.

District Art Display
"The Art Department wishes to announce that over 35 pieces of art are on display from Mr. Bennett's art students at the Yucaipa/Calimesa School District lobby until Oct. 6th. You will see detailed sketches of igloos, leaf prints, and papier mache masks of famous cartoon characters."
Materials needed on a daily basis, are: a #2 pencil, eraser and hand sharpener. A lidded plastic container should be purchased to use all year long for the purpose of storing sculptures in progress and also an optional apron.
